Adam L. Garcia is a freelance writer originally from Brooklyn, New York where he spent much of his time watching movies, reading comic books, writing short stories and winning awards for his photography. A graduate of New York University's Film & Television Undergraduate program, Adam has worked on several films and television series.
Adam first comic "Nick Adrian: Security Guard," is an adaptation of his first film of the same name, which answered the question what if Dirty Harry was a security guard at the Gap?
His second comic, currently in production, is "Sons of Fire," a dark tale of super-powered turmoil comes complete with small town betrayal, mystery and horror in this original graphic novel that reads like Superman by Stephen King.
He was also the head writer of an original television pilot "University Place," which centered on the lives of six very different college students in New York. His second film, "Falcons," told the story of a young man and his grandfather who discover each other through illegal drag racing.
He also enjoys writing in the third person.
